Use of the Platform

• You must be at least 18 years old to use FindCo or post listings.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You agree to provide accurate and current information during registration and when posting listings.
• You may not use FindCo for any unlawful or unauthorized purposes.
• FindCo is a marketplace platform that connects buyers and sellers. We are not a party to any transaction between users.

Listings and Content

• You are solely responsible for the accuracy, legality, and content of your listings.
• Listings must accurately represent the item, service, or profile being advertised.
• Prohibited items and services as defined by Sri Lankan law may not be listed.
• We reserve the right to remove or reject any listing that violates these terms.
• Images and descriptions must not infringe on the intellectual property rights of others.

Fees and Payments

• Basic listing on FindCo is free up to a certain number of images.
• Additional features such as extra images and promotion packages are paid services.
• All fees are processed through our payment partner PayHere and are non-refundable once the service has been rendered.
• Prices are displayed in Sri Lankan Rupees (LKR) and are subject to change with notice.

User Conduct

• You agree not to post fraudulent, misleading, or deceptive listings.
• Harassment, abuse, or spam directed at other users is strictly prohibited.
• You may not use FindCo to facilitate transactions for prohibited goods or services.
• Any disputes regarding transactions between users must be resolved directly between the parties.

Intellectual Property

• All content and materials on FindCo, including but not limited to text, images, logos, and graphics, are protected by intellectual property rights and are the property of FindCo or its licensors.
• You may not use, reproduce, distribute, or modify any content from FindCo without our prior written consent.

Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

• FindCo provides a platform for users to list and discover classified ads. We do not endorse, verify, or guarantee the accuracy of any listing.
• We are not responsible for the quality, safety, or legality of items or services advertised on the platform.
• In no event shall FindCo, its directors, employees, or affiliates be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform.
• We make no warranties or representations, express or implied, regarding the availability or suitability of the platform.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to FindCo at our discretion, without prior notice, for conduct that violates these terms or is otherwise harmful to the platform or its users.

Amendments

We reserve the right to modify or update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of FindCo after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
